1. WHO WE ARE
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all digital products, programmes, audio content, guides, templates, tools, frameworks, and related materials ("Products") offered by Hustle Free Mom (Pty) Ltd, a private company registered in the Republic of South Africa, trading under the names Hustle Free Mom, Hustle Free Business Academy, and Ask a Mammographer ("we", "us", "our").
By purchasing or accessing any of our Products, you ("you", "the Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms in full and without modification. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or access our Products.

2. NATURE OF PRODUCTS
All products sold by Hustle Free Mom (Pty) Ltd are digital in nature and are delivered electronically. No physical goods are dispatched.
Our products include but are not limited to:
Downloadable PDF guides and workbooks
Audio programmes and recordings
Digital frameworks, templates, and tools
Online course content and modules
Custom GPT tools and prompts
Email-delivered content and resources
Checklists and reference materials
Products are delivered electronically upon confirmed payment to the email address provided at checkout.
3. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE AND NATURE OF CONTENT
All products and content produced by Hustle Free Mom (Pty) Ltd are created for educational and informational purposes only. They represent the personal knowledge, lived experience, professional background, and tried-and-tested methods of the creator.
Where we state that content has been personally implemented, tested, or applied, this reflects the genuine experience of the creator. However, this does not constitute a guarantee that the same methods, strategies, or approaches will produce the same or similar results for you. Individual circumstances, effort, market conditions, skill levels, timing, and factors outside our control all affect outcomes.

4. NO REFUND POLICY
Due to the instant-access and digital nature of all products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued once a product has been purchased and access has been granted, regardless of whether the product has been downloaded, accessed, or used.
By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:
You have read the full product description prior to purchasing
You understand the digital and non-returnable nature of the product
You waive any right to a refund on the basis of change of mind, failure to use the product, or dissatisfaction with results
You accept full responsibility for your purchasing decision
NOTICE REGARDING THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT 68 OF 2008 (CPA):
Section 20 of the CPA provides consumers with a general right to return goods. However, this right does not apply to digital goods that have been accessed or downloaded. By accessing your purchase, you confirm that this exception applies.
If you believe a product is materially defective or was materially misrepresented prior to purchase, please contact us at anriette@hustlefreemom.co.za within 5 business days of purchase. We will investigate in good faith and respond within 10 business days. This process does not constitute a general right to a refund and does not override the no-refund policy above.
5. NO INCOME, RESULTS, OR OUTCOMES GUARANTEE
ALL PRODUCTS AND PROGRAMMES SOLD BY HUSTLE FREE MOM (PTY) LTD ARE PROVIDED FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees — express or implied — regarding:
Any income, revenue, profit, or financial result you may achieve from applying the information in our products.
The suitability of our products for your specific business, financial, personal, or health circumstances
The success or performance of any digital product, business model, strategy, or health approach described or taught in our programmes
Any specific timeline within which results may be achieved
Where our content references personal experience, tried-and-tested methods, or real-world application, this reflects the genuine experience of the creator under her specific circumstances at a specific point in time. 7. HEALTH INFORMATION — ASK A MAMMOGRAPHER
Content produced under the Ask a Mammographer trading name is produced by a qualified South African radiographer and mammographer for the purpose of general breast health education.
This content is strictly educational. It does not constitute medical advice, clinical diagnosis, clinical assessment, or a substitute for professional medical consultation or treatment.
The information provided reflects the creator's professional training, experience, and the practices of the specific mammography environment in which she has worked. Mammography departments, equipment, procedures, protocols, and practices vary between facilities, regions, and countries. The content does not represent a universal standard and may not reflect the practices of any other mammography facility.
By accessing Ask a Mammographer content, you explicitly acknowledge that:

All content, audio recordings, scripts, frameworks, methodologies, templates, tools, brand names, and materials produced by Hustle Free Mom (Pty) Ltd are the exclusive intellectual property of Hustle Free Mom (Pty) Ltd and are protected under the Copyright Act 98 of 1978 and applicable international intellectual property treaties.
You are granted a single-user, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to access and use purchased products for your own personal or business development purposes only.
You may NOT:
Reproduce, copy, share, redistribute, resell, or sublicense any part of our products
Share your download links, login credentials, or product files with any third party
Create derivative works based on our content without written permission
Use our methodologies, frameworks, or content to create competing products or services
Claim our content as your own original work
Use our content for any commercial purpose without written authorisation
Breach of this clause will result in immediate termination of access and may result in civil legal action for damages and/or an interdict.
9. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
All prices are listed in US Dollar (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed via secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment card details.
Digital products are delivered immediately upon confirmation of successful payment via the email address provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring your email address is accurate. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect contact details, full inboxes, spam filters, or any other factor outside our control.
If you do not receive your product within 24 hours of confirmed payment, please contact us at anriette@hustlefreemom.co.za before assuming non-delivery.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Hustle Free Mom (Pty) Ltd and its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and trading entities shall not be liable for:
Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our products
Loss of income, loss of business, loss of profits, loss of data, or any other financial loss
Any health outcome, medical decision, or consequence arising from engagement with our health education content
Errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays in product delivery
Any decisions you make based on information contained in our products
The actions, conduct, results, or advice of any third party referenced in our materials
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from the purchase of our products shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication in the first instance. Please contact us at legal@hustlefreemom.co.za before initiating any formal proceedings.
12. AMENDMENTS
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued purchase or use of our products after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
