Due to the instant-access and digital nature of all products offered by Hustle Free Mom (Pty) Ltd, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits are issued once payment has been completed and access or delivery has been granted.
By completing your purchase you confirm that you understand and accept this policy.
2. WHY WE HAVE THIS POLICY
Our products are delivered digitally and are accessible immediately upon payment — either via instant download or email delivery. Because the product cannot be returned once delivered, we are unable to offer refunds on the basis of change of mind, failure to use the product, or dissatisfaction with results.
3. WE STILL WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY
If you experience any of the following we want to hear from you:
Your download link is not working
You did not receive your product via email
Your file is corrupted or cannot be opened
The product was materially different from what was described
Please contact us within 5 business days of your purchase and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue promptly. Please provide us with a screenshot of the issue or the proof of purchase (receipt) for the applicable product.
We take every concern seriously and will respond within 2 business days.
4. CONSUMER PROTECTION NOTICE
This policy is applied in accordance with South African consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 where a product is found to be defective or materially misrepresented.
